What is the Cycle & Carriage Leapmotor Plan?
The plan comes with RM 1,200 worth of free charging. This plan may be available for eligible customers subject to the applicable programme terms and conditions. Please refer to your Leapmotor EV dealer for eligibility and further details.
This plan entitles owners with 100% discount up to the charging cap on charging entitlement at all chargEV, DC Handal and JomCharge chargers in Malaysia on the chargEV app.
How do I get the Plan?
If you are eligible for the plan, your EV dealer will provide your registration details to chargEV for direct onboarding subject to availability during standard working hours.
How do I become eligible for the Plan?
This plan is available to eligible customers who purchase a Leapmotor EV during the selected campaign period.
Can this plan be used together with another plan?
No, the plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Customers are entitled to the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
Can I upgrade / convert my existing plan to this Plan?
Upgrades from any existing plan to this plan are not possible.
Can I use the plan on roaming chargers?
The plan is applicable to other roaming partner chargers such as DC Handal and JomCharge only. Other roaming partner chargers such as Gentari or any outside Malaysia are not covered.
What is the validity of the Plan once activated?
The benefits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation or until the usage cap of RM1,200 has been reached, whichever comes first.
Is the plan applicable for chargers in Singapore ?
No, it only applies to chargers in Malaysia
How do I keep track of my discount cap ?
You can check the balance from this Plan from your Member page on the chargEV app. Once redeemed, your balance will show on your Member area and update as you charge part of the discount
General Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Exclusivity: The plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Users are entitled to the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
2. Campaign Period: This campaign is organized and managed by Leapmotor (Cycle & Carriage) during the selected campaign period.
3. Eligibility: This plan is offered to eligible customers who purchase an EV from Leapmotor (Cycle & Carriage) during the selected campaign period.
4. Usage Area: The 100% off from the plan entitlement is only applicable to chargers in Malaysia that are wholly owned and operated by chargEV, DC Handal and JomCharge, excluding idle fees where applicable.
5. Validity Period: The benefits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation or until the usage cap of RM 1,200.00 has been reached, whichever comes first.
6. Only one plan can be active at any given time.
7. Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the plan in the event of account suspension, deletion or non-usage.
8. Once activated, the plan cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, either in cash or credit, in part or full.
9. The plan is strictly limited to one (1) registered vehicle/EV only. Sharing, alternating, or using the same plan across multiple vehicles/EVs is not permitted.
10. Fair Usage Policy: Usage is subject to chargEV’s fair usage policy to prevent abuse.
11. Fraud Monitoring: chargEV reserves the right to suspend the plan in the event of suspected fraud or misuse against the defined terms and conditions.
12. chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
