What is EV NEXT plan?
The plan comes with RM 500 worth of free charging for eligible customers who purchase EV from EV NEXT, a Sime company. This plan entitles owners with 100% discount on charging entitlement at all AC and DC chargers that are wholly owned and operated by chargEV.
How do I become eligible for the Plan?
This plan is available to eligible EV NEXT customers who purchase an EV from EV NEXT until the end of the campaign period, 31st August 2026.
Can this plan be used together with another plan?
No, the plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Customers are entitled to the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
Can I upgrade / convert my existing plan to this Plan?
Upgrades from any existing plan to this plan are not possible.
My existing membership plan is still active, can I activate the Plan?
Yes, you can. However, only one plan can be active at any given time. The active plan is determined by the default plan.
Are the charging benefits applicable for selected charging stations?
Yes, the discounted charging rates under the plan is only available at chargEV charging stations in Malaysia.
Can I use the plan on roaming chargers?
The plan is not applicable to other roaming partner chargers such as JomCharge, Gentari and Handal Green Mobility (DC Handal).
What is the validity of the Plan once activated?
The benefits are valid for six (6) months from the date of activation or until the usage cap of RM500.00 has been reached, whichever comes first.
Can I activate the Plan later?
Yes, you can. However, please note that the code is valid for activation only until 9 August 2026 (Batch 1) or 1st February 2027 (Batch 2). After this date, it will expire and cannot be redeemed, reinstated, or extended.
What's the expiry period for the Plan ?
Yes. The plan is valid for six (6) months from the date of activation or until the usage cap of RM500.00 is reached, whichever occurs first
Is the plan applicable for chargers in Singapore ?
No, it only applies to chargers in Malaysia
How do I Redeem the Plan ?
To activate the Plan, Use the Redeem button on the home page and enter your Invitation Code to Redeem. Follow the steps on screen to complete the process.
You can review the plan details, tap Redeem and follow the steps to provide the required information.
Where do I get a code to redeem ?
Eligible customers will be provided with the code by EV NEXT, please inquire with your EV sales representative.
How do I keep track of my discount cap ?
You can check the balance from this Plan from your Member page on the chargEV app. Once redeemed, your balance will show on your Member area and update as you charge part of the discount. .
General Terms & Conditions

2. Campaign Period: This campaign is organized and managed by EV NEXT. The current campaign period ends 31st August 2026.
3. Eligibility: This plan is offered to all EV NEXT customers who purchase an EV from EV NEXT during the campaign period.
4. Usage Area: The 100% off from the plan entitlement is only applicable to chargers in Malaysia that are wholly owned and operated by chargEV, excluding idle fees where applicable.
5. Activation Period: The code is valid for activation until 9 August 2026 (Batch 1) or 1st February 2027 (Batch 2). After this date, the code will expire and cannot be redeemed, reinstated or extended.
6. Validity Period: The benefits are valid for six (6) months from the date of activation or until the usage cap of RM 500.00 has been reached, whichever comes first.
7. Only one plan can be active at any given time.
8. Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the code.
9. Once activated, the plan cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, either in cash, in part or full.
10. The plan is strictly limited to one (1) registered vehicle/EV only. Sharing, alternating, or using the same plan across multiple vehicles/EVs is not permitted.
11. Fair Usage Policy: Usage is subject to chargEV’s fair usage policy to prevent abuse.
12. Fraud Monitoring: chargEV reserves the right to suspend the plan in the event of suspected fraud or misuse against the defined terms and conditions.
