What is Zeekr Charging Plan?
The plan offers owners with 100% discount on charging entitlement at all AC and DC chargers that are wholly owned and operated by chargEV and DC Handal up to the respective discount cap.
The discount cap is stated on your plan name on the chargEV app Member page. For avoidance of doubt, the discount cap for 'Zeekr Charging Plan' is RM 1,500.
For other Zeekr Charging Plans, the discount cap is based on the plan name, e.g. for 'Zeekr Charging Plan 1000', the discount cap is RM 1,000.
Note: The plans are subject to eligibility requirements from the Zeekr (Preeminent Auto) dealers.
Can this plan be used together with another plan?
No, the plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Customers are entitled to the benefits of only one active plan at any given time.
Can I upgrade / convert my existing plan to this plan?
Upgrades from any existing plan to this plan are not possible.
Can I use the plan on all roaming chargers?
No the plan is not applicable to other roaming partner chargers such as JomCharge, Gentari, only DC Handal.
What is the validity of the Plan ?
The benefits are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation or until the discount cap stated on your app's Member page has been reached, whichever comes first.
Is the plan applicable for chargers in Singapore ?
No, it only applies to chargers in Malaysia
How do I keep track of my discount cap ?
You can check the balance from this Plan from your Member page on the chargEV app. Once redeemed, your balance will show on your Member area and update as you charge part of the discount.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Plan Exclusivity: The plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Users are entitled to the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
2. Eligibility: The plan is subject to eligibility requirements from Zeekr (Preeminent Auto) dealers.
3. Usage Area: The 100% off from the plan entitlement is only applicable to chargers in Malaysia that are wholly owned and operated by chargEV and DC Handal, excluding idle fees where applicable.
4. Validity Period: The benefits are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation or until the discount cap stated on your app's Member page has been reached, whichever comes first.
5. Only one plan can be active at any given time.
6. Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the plan.
7. Once activated, the plan cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, either in cash, in part or full.
8. Fair Usage Policy: Usage is subject to chargEV’s fair usage policy to prevent abuse
9. Fraud Monitoring: chargEV reserves the right to suspend any card or plan in the event of suspected fraud.
10. chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
