General Terms and Conditions
Discount Entitlement
Users are eligible for a 15% discount, in a single charging transaction (Excluding any idle fees) only at DC chargers at the participating locations.No minimum spend is required. Please note that this discount is only applicable when charging through the chargEV app while discounts are visible on the station details/location page. Roaming apps and chargers, such as JomCharge, DC Handal and Gentari, are excluded from this promotion.
- Payment Method Requirement
Users must add a valid payment method (credit/debit card) on the chargEV app prior to initiating a charging session.
Charging Rates
Users will be charged according to the displayed charging rates on the chargEV app at the end of the transaction.Exclusive Discount
Discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with an active membership or preferential rates and are not stackable with other ongoing promotion campaigns active on a user's chargEV account.
