Terms and Conditions
- Unique Promo Code
Promo Code is applicable for one (1) time usage only. Promo code is only applicable at chargEV-operated chargers.
- Discount Entitlement
(i). Users are eligible for a RM5 discount, subject to a minimum spend of RM30 in a single charging transaction (Exclude idle fee).
(ii). Limited to the first 100 per day who follow and like us on Instagram during the event physically at XOX Arena, The Arch Galeries, between 5 June and 7 June 2026.
- Payment Method Requirement
Users must add a valid payment method(credit/debit card) on the chargEV app prior to initiating a charging session.
- Charging Rates
Users will be charged according to the displayed charging rates on the chargEV app at the end of the transaction.
- Code Entry Guidelines
Promo code must be entered seamlessly, without any spaces in between or after the code.
- Non-Transferable Promo Code
Promo Code non-transferable to another chargEV account.
- Non-Refundable Used Code
(i). Used Promo Code is non-refundable, reinstated or extended.
(ii). Promo Code is not redeemable for cash, whether in part or full.
- Code Expiry, Usage Window and Lost
(i). The Promo Code is valid for redemption and use until 8 July 2026.
(ii). Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the Promo Code.
- chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
