Charging credit voucher is applicable for one (1) time usage only.

Unused charging credit voucher will be forfeited upon the expiry of a one-year validity period from the date of code issuance.

Expired charging credit voucher cannot be redeemed, reinstated or extended.

You shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the charging credit voucher.

Can be used to pay for charging for charging transactions that amount to RM50 or less, after any membership plan discounts.

Can be used to pay for charging transactions on chargEV operated chargers in Malaysia through the chargEV app only.

Charging credit voucher is not redeemable for cash, whether in part or full.

Charging credits redeemed must be used within one-year from the date of redemption. Any unused balance will be forfeited after one-year, unless otherwise specified.
