General Terms and Conditions
- Reusable Promo Code
Promo Code is applicable for usage multiple times during the campaign period. Promo code is only applicable at selected chargers under the Operator chargEV.
- Discount Entitlement
Users are eligible for a 31% discount, in a single charging transaction (Excluding any idle fees). No minimum spend is required.
- Payment Method Requirement
Users must add a valid payment method(credit/debit card) on the chargEV app prior to initiating a charging session.
- Charging Rates
Users will be charged according to the displayed charging rates on the chargEV app at the end of the transaction.
- Code Entry Guidelines
Promo code must be entered seamlessly, without any spaces in between or after the code on the Location/Station Details card before starting charging.
- Non-exchangable Used Code
(i). Promo Code is not redeemable for cash or credit, whether in part or full.
- Code Expiry, Usage Window and Lost
(i). The Promo Code is valid for redemption and usage only between 12:00 am 29th August 2026 to 11:59 pm 31st August 2026.
(ii). Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the Promo Code.
