Charging credits are an alternative payment method for your charging sessions, available exclusively through selected promotions and campaigns.
Once you've redeemed a credit, it will appear in your Wallet in-app under the Payment Method section. To use it, simply select "Wallet" as your default payment method before pressing "Start Charging".

Charging credit voucher is applicable for one (1) time usage for redemption only.

Unused charging credit vouchers will be forfeited upon the expiry of a one-year validity period from the date of code issuance.

Expired charging credit voucher cannot be redeemed, reinstated or extended.

Customers shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the charging credit voucher.
- Redeemed credits can be used to pay for charging transactions on chargEV operated chargers based on the applicable currency through the chargEV app only. Credits in MYR are only for use at Malaysia charging stations and credits in SGD are only for use at Singapore charging stations.

Charging credits redeemed must be used within one-year from the date of redemption. Any unused balance will be forfeited after one-year, unless otherwise specified.

Charging credits and their vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, whether in part or full.
- chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
