An outstanding balance refers to any unpaid or incomplete amount that remains after the completion of your charging session. You could validate the transactions in chargEV app's Charging History against your bank first. Here are the steps you can take to resolve an outstanding balance:
1. Press on Resolve Outstanding Balance from Dashboard / Main Menu Alternatively, from the map, tap on the location icon > tap on Start Charging > tap on Details (top-right) / select your Connector. Then Tap on View Charging History |

2. Press on Clear Outstanding Now to clear the outstanding |

3. Press on CONTINUE to launch the payment options |
|
4. Select the Payment Method and key in the details |
|
5. Once payment has been completed, you can expect the confirmation as below |
