To check the charger rates on the chargEV app, please follow these steps:
- Open your chargEV App:
- Launch the chargEV app on your mobile device.
- Launch the chargEV app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Map Section:
- Tap on the "Map" located at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the "Map" located at the bottom of the screen.
- Search the Location you want to Charge:
- Example: In the search bar, type "Sunway Giza Mall" and select it from the search results.

- Locate the Charging Station:
- On the map, find the
icon that represents the charging station.

- View Charger Details:
- Tap on the

- Check the Rates:
- In the charging Station Details, tap on the available connector/bay and you will find the rate for the charger at Charging Point screen.
