How do I refer my friends (or family)?
To get started, tap the 'Referral' button on your Home page.
You will see your unique Referral Code. You have two options to share your Referral Code, Copy and send the code to your friend, or tap Share Invite to generate a secure link that can be shared instantly through your favourite platform.

I've shared my code to a friend, when do I get my Reward ?
After your friend has successfully signed up or redeemed your Referral Code, they'll need to make their 1st charging session on their chargEV app before you can get your Referrer Reward.
Can I refer multiple people ?
Yes! You can share your Referral Code to as many people as you want, but your Referrer Rewards are limited to five (5) vouchers per calendar month.
Check your current voucher status by tapping 'Referral History' on your Referral page.
What does 'Signed up' and 'Earned' mean?
Signed up - > your friend has signed up and gotten their Reward with your Referral Code.
Earned -> your friend has made their 1st charging session
When your Referral status is 'Earned', you are able to now use your Referrer Reward voucher!
How does my friend use my Referral Code?
If your friend hasn't created a chargEV account yet - they can paste the code when they 1st sign up on the chargEV app.
If they clicked your Referral link, the code will be applied automatically.
If they missed this step out but haven't made their 1st session yet, clicking your link or entering the Referral Code on the Redeem button on the Home page will allow them to redeem the code.
How do we use our Reward Vouchers?
When you share the app with a friend, you'll get a Referrer Voucher, when your friend redeems your Referral Code, they'll get a Referee Voucher.
Reward Vouchers can be found on your My Vouchers area on your Member page. To use a Voucher, tap Apply before you start a charging session on the Location page/Station details page.
How long are our vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for sixty (60) days upon date of issuance
If my friend is an existing user, can they redeem my Referral Code?
No. They can only redeem a Referral Code if they haven't made their 1st charging session with chargEV
Can my friend redeem a Referral Code multiple times ?
No. Referral Codes may only be redeemed once for each registered phone number. Deleted accounts also don't qualify.
