How do I know I am eligible ?
If you are one of the first 5,000 to install or update to the latest version the Launch Reward will be available on your Member page.
How do I apply the voucher ?
On the station details/location screen, press the Apply button before you start charging for the Voucher to take effect.
Where can I use the voucher ?
Vouchers are only applicable at chargEV-operated chargers. To confirm if a charger is eligible, check the operator logo and name on the station details/location screen:
Is the RM 10 a form of credit ?
No, the launch reward is a one-time use voucher and is not a form of stored value credit in your wallet.
General Terms and Conditions
Unique Voucher
Voucher are applicable for one (1) time usage only and are only available once for each eligible unique registered phone number.Usage Area
Vouchers are only applicable at chargEV-operated chargers.
- Discount Entitlement
Users are eligible for a RM10 discount only on a single charging session. Any unused amount, if any, shall not be available for use at a subsequent charging session.
- Payment Method Requirement
Users must add a valid payment method (credit/debit card) on the chargEV app prior to initiating a charging session.
- Charging Rates
Users will be charged according to the displayed charging rates on the chargEV app before a transaction.
- Code Application
Promo code must be applied before the start of the charging session. Failure to apply will not entitle a user to a refund for the affected charging session.
- Non-Transferable Voucher
Vouchers are non-transferable to another chargEV account.
- Non-Refundable Used Voucher
(i). Used Vouchers are non-refundable, and may not be reinstated or extended.
(ii). Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, whether in part or full.
- Voucher Expiry and Usage Window
(i). Vouchers are valid for redemption and usage for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance.
(ii). Users shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the Voucher.
- chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
