To start charging your EV, you must register a debit or credit card or use your wallet balance (if applicable) and a default payment method either Wallet or Credit/Debit Card.
1. Go to “More” and tap on “Payment Methods”
2. Tap on the "Debit / Credit Card" followed by "SET AS DEFAULT"
3. Select the Country
Notes:
- You must register your card under the country where you plan to charge.
- A non-refundable preauthorization fee of MYR 1.01 / SGD 1.01 will be charged to your payment card
4. Fill in Your Customer Details
5. Enter Your Bank Card Details and Tap on "Pay Now"
Note: AMEX and GX cards are not supported.
Note: A charge of MYR 1.01 / SGD 1.01 will be made for pre-authorization purposes and will be credited in 3 - 7 working days.
7. Confirmation notification will be displayed once card is successfully added
