Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • This offer is valid for the first 30 duly signed, stamped, and executed Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for 16 Sierra Aster 2-storey terrace homes and/or Oakleaf 3-storey townhouses within the campaign period.
    • Each duly signed, stamped, and executed SPA will be eligible for a RM200.00 discount on the home charger.
    • The Purchaser(s) must submit their details in the 16 Sierra Home Charger Interest Form within the campaign period.
    • This offer is open to both existing chargEV customers and non-chargEV customers.

  2. Campaign Period
    • The Purchaser(s) must have duly signed, stamped and executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) within 18 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

  3. Usage of Discount
    • The RM200 discount will be issued in the form of an e-voucher with a unique code within 14 days of each calendar month to the email address provided in the 16 Sierra Home Charger Interest Form.
    • The RM200.00 Discount on the home charger is valid for a single use only, either for the purchase of the EV home charger alone or for the purchase of the EV home charger and installation services provided by chargEV in Malaysia.
    • The RM200.00 discount does not apply to any form of deposit for home check and/or installation.
    • For EV home charger purchases and installations, the installation service is only available within Peninsular Malaysia.
    • The validity of the RM200.00 Discount is two years from the date it is issued.
    • The Discount of RM200.00 is not redeemable for cash, either in part or in full.
    • The RM200.00 discount is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable in any other form or manner. It must be utilized by the purchaser(s) whose name provided in 16 Sierra Home Charger Interests Form.
    • chargEV accepts no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of the Discount voucher/code and has no obligation to replace or refund value for lost or stolen voucher/code.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions
    • chargEV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary any of the terms and conditions by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise any of the terms and conditions.
