1. What is the NETA Advanced plan?
The plan offers exclusive benefits to eligible new NETA V and X BEV owners providing complimentary charging (discount of 100%) on all AC and DC chargers wholly owned and operated by chargEV, up to a usage cap of 2,500 kWh in a single year.
2. Can anybody sign up to the NETA Advanced plan?
The plan is not available for purchase by the general public and only to eligible NETA V and X BEV customers who would be receiving invitation codes to purchase the membership.
3. How do I become eligible for the NETA Advanced plan?
The plan is exclusively offered as part of promotional events and campaigns managed by NETA Malaysia and their appointed dealer network. To enquire, contact your preferred dealership close to you! The offer is open to the first 200 customers only.
4. Is there a list of eligible models ?
The plan is open to new purchases of NETA X and V models. Purchasers may opt for complimentary charging package when making their booking.
5. Is the NETA Advanced plan inclusive of charging credits?
No, it is not a charging credit package but a membership plan that offers complimentary charging. The charging fee for eligible charging transactions will not be deducted from user's payment methods including credit or debit card saved on their account or credit wallets.
6. Can I combine the NETA Advanced plan with other promotions?
No, the Plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Members are limited to the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
7. Can I upgrade / convert my existing plan to this NETA Advanced plan?
Upgrades from any plan to the NETA Advanced plan is not possible as it is a promotional plan only.
8. My existing membership plan is still active, can I redeem the NETA Advanced plan?
Yes, you can. However, only one plan will be active at any given time. The active plan will be determined by the default plan settings in your ‘Profile & Memberships’. You can change the default plan by going to ‘More’ > ‘Profile & Memberships’ and toggling the selection of your available membership plan.
9. How do I request for a physical membership card for the NETA Advanced plan?
You will have the option to select a physical membership card during your registration process. A checkbox option is available for you to request a physical membership card under Step 2.
Note: A delivery fee of RM15 will be charged for delivering the physical card.
10. Are the charging benefits applicable for selected charging stations?
Yes, the discounted charging rates under the Plan are only available at nationwide chargEV charging stations that are wholly owned by chargEV. You can verify this by opening the chargEV App, navigating to the Map > Locate your nearest chargEV station indicated with icon. Tap on Start Charging > Check on the Operator under Station Details where the Operator is chargEV.
11. Can I use the plan on e-roaming chargers?
No, the plan will not be applicable for e-roaming partner chargers such as JomCharge, Gentari, Kineta or others.
12. What is the validity of the Plan?
The membership benefits are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation or until the usage cap has been reached.
13. I have my existing chargEV membership card. Can I reuse this physical card for the Plan?
No, you will need to obtain a new card, and a delivery fee of RM15 will be charged for delivering the physical card.
14. What measures are in place to prevent abuse of the plan?
We employ a fair usage policy to prevent misuse of our services. Additionally, chargEV reserves the right to suspend any card or plan in the event of suspected fraud.
15. How are plan updates communicated to the members?
We notify our members of any plan updates or changes through email or direct communications to ensure you are always informed.
16. Who can I contact for more details about the Plan?

17. Is the plan applicable for chargers in Singapore?
No, it only applies for wholly owned chargEV operated chargers in Malaysia.
18. How do I redeem the Plan?
To redeem the Plan, go to the Profile & Memberships page on the chargEV App, select the appropriate Plan and select Register, follow the steps and fill out the required information

19. Where do I get an invitation code?
The invitation code required to redeem the plan will be provided to NETA customers via email once their eligibility is confirmed.
20. How will I know when the usage cap is reached or close to being reached?
Users will get notifications via email when their cap limit is at 80%, 90% and 100%. Users can also refer to the insights page on their chargEV App dashboard to view their charging usage. From the homepage, select Details:

• Promotion Exclusivity: The Membership Plan cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Users are limited to enjoying the benefits of only one plan at any given time.
• Fraud Monitoring: chargEV reserves the right to suspend any card or plan in the event of suspected fraud. Should such an incident occur.
• Service Area Limitation: The discounted access only applies to chargEV charging stations, wholly owned by chargEV.
• Fair Usage Policy: Subject to chargEV’s fair usage policy to prevent abuse.
• Plan Updates: Terms may be subject to changes, with notifications to users.
• Validity Period: Membership benefits expire after one year from the date of activation or until usage cap has been reached, unless specified otherwise.
• Campaign Period: This offer is only available until 31st December 2024 and for the first 200 customers.
• More than one active membership plan: Member have the option to subscribe to the other plans even if their existing plan is still active. However, be mindful that only one plan can be active at any particular time.
• Reuse of existing membership card card: Unfortunately, a new card must be acquired. Please be advised that a delivery fee of RM15 applies for the shipment of the replacement card.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Membership plan subscriptions cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable into cash or credit.
• Notwithstanding the above, a request for cancellation only be initiated and entertained by chargEV in the following limited circumstances:
